Our annual output for various kinds of cast, machined, fabricated parts and assemblies has reached 6,000 metric tons.

       Our company was established in 2001 and it has now grown into a company that integrates casting, machining, heat-treatment and surface coating into one-stop service. We produce various kinds of grey and ductile iron parts according to customers’ requirements. The main material grades range from ASTM A48 class 20-35(GG25-GG35) to ASTM A536 Gr.65-45-12,Gr.60-40-18(GGG40) and Gr.70-50-05(GGG50). These iron castings are widely used in valve, pump, waterworks, construction engineering, agriculture, lifting, railway and automotive industries.

       Our company has advanced production equipment and powerful technical force. Our main production facilities include DISA vertical boxless Molding line, AMF-09-III Horizontal Molding Line and Z148E Horizontal Molding Line. Our machining shop is fully equipped with advanced and powerful machining equipment including some 20 more sets of vertical, horizontal machining centers and CNC machines. In addition, our company has advanced and complete inspection equipment including Spectrum analyzer, Metallographic microscope, Tension tester, Low temperature tester, MPT, UT, CMM and so on. With these advanced facilities and test instruments, we are able to make and supply quality products to our customers all the time.
